- OEM/ODM process:
- Put forward your request or provide a sample.
- Our factory will conduct preliminary communication with you on the product material, process, price, delivery date, etc.
- The customer entrusts our factory to make samples; both parties confirm the samples (signature/seal the samples).
- Both parties sign the contract; the customer pays the deposit.
- Our factory completes material purchase, mold opening, etc., first produces bulk samples and compares the customer’s signature sample (sometimes it needs to be confirmed by the customer); our factory’s QC department quality control personnel come to the workshop for supervision and inspection; customers can also send personnel to me Supervision and inspection of the factory workshop; the two parties maintain communication, promptly reflect and resolve all matters that need to be resolved through negotiation between the two parties during the order production process.
- Our factory will notify the customer to send personnel to our factory for inspection 2-3 days before the delivery date is completed but before the formal packaging of the order; the sample shall prevail during the inspection, and the sampling inspection method.
- After the customer inspects the product as qualified, arrange the balance of the payment for the delivery; our factory assists the customer with the freight formalities including customs declaration and shipping, etc.; the customer can also send a car to the workshop of our factory to pick up the goods.
- Confirm that all the goods are received and complete the contract matters.
